Charles Sturt University
Welcome to the Web Improvement Program
The Web Improvement Program (WIP) supports strategic objectives set by both the Web Strategy and the University Strategy.

The Web Strategy Office is responsible for developing and implementing a University Web Strategy characterised by a user-centric, coordinated, ongoing and prioritised iterative Web Improvement Program, which is based on continuing evaluation, user feedback and the University's strategic objectives.

Governance

Under the governance structure for CSU Web, the Senior Manager, Web Strategy, has oversight of the web. The Web Strategy Committee (WSC), chaired by the DVC (Administration), provides oversight and guidance of the Web Strategy and the Web Improvement Program and also considers advice received from the Web Reference Group, comprised of web practitioners from various parts of the University.

Policies and strategies

Web Strategy Office is reviewing the suite of policies regarding the online environment, as well as updating and developing a suite of policies, procedures and guidelines, which support the CSU community.
